Birdie absolutely hates monsters of any type.

New brand of feta peppers…and they are fucking fantastic.

Ohh..and all the veggies stores are still open….I guess it’s because it’s the middle of summer still…for some reason….yay!!!

The tomatoes might as well be from May…sweet and warm and juicy and tomatoeyyyyyy.

It remains “middle of summer” hot AF!!!

IKEA came today with my new dishcloths and computer table and I was able to assemble it without looking at the instructions!!!! It’s those little challeneges that make life worth living.

Look at the note my security dude left for me at the door. Stupid IKEA courier delivers before noon…WHEN EVERYONE IS STILL SLEEPING.

Seriously fucking delicious and super cheap and the two 140 year old ladies who are running this absolutely spotless place are amazing. 10/10.

….and the stew (1st time eating this) was HANDS DOWN top five…maybe top 3 meals of 2023 thus far.

I got this carrot free of charge. I am making my super famous butter-carrot star anis* rice this evening.

*I have not been able to find star anis anywhere today so…blahhh.

I can’t let it go to waste during these eco-friendly times.

Buying some BG white bread from a small village shop.

I may continue my bread in bed series this evening. I want it to become a global phenomenon.

Did you know you could buy a loaf of this awful bread for 1lv not too long ago…now you only get 1/2 a loaf.

..and scallions, whatever the fuck that is?

That is all I will say about that!!

…It will be called “bread in bed” where a few times a month I try to make a super easy bread based “dinner” that will require very little effort….but it will also have a bit of a theme. Today is Turkey-theme…or somethin’ like that.

Don’t ask me how I was able to link the 2 simits together like a chain…I am taking this secret to the grave.
