**I really need to write more about my FUCKING AWESOME Burgas trip yesterday….it was sooo whirlwind and so fun. Urban hiking and talking with no less than 25 people…easily.
Everyone was so NICE and interesting…whatta aaaaahh fun day.
Must go back this weekend…hot wine calls.
I ate a footlong double ham..
…that I brought home from Burgas. It was soggy with ham-juice and mayonaisse. Ate it with Sto, she loved it.
Quite frankly this might have been the best Subway experience in years. It was that good. The guy with the massive ears made it for me at Burgas mall. He never balks at my extra extra extra requests. Love a bud!!

Cats Of Today (COT®).
Today I made my famous Christmas waffle sandwich a la mode.
Avec scoopeaux de ‘naisse, paprika frites and vegan lettuce.
Hiding is a whole pack of German bacon (pictured).
I turned raw pork..into a meal!! crazy.
I can make pork like this literally melt in your mouth. It’s crazy…..but…you just have to catch the store at the right time – the day they get the good stuff from the nearby villages.
Just amazing how good it tastes. I gave ugly a huge chunk with no salt of spices, after gnawing it vigorously, she said “thank you” then went to sleep for 12 hours = YOLO.
Other than that…nothing happening here…cold and clouds and sadness.
Spinach pasta. Loads of veggies..
And saffron..
Zero meat = which means I am “woke”.

Just went outside, brain can’t compute this weird heat when I opened the door.
It was even 1 degree warmer at 1am…wtf?
My noodle boiler came today.
But for its inaugural mission, I have used it to fry. Sorry.
I made a super-batch of super-tasty, super-veggie tempura.
It REALLY worked out. Key is to make tiny batches and eat one/two at a time as they are ready, hence lack of proper photos.
sooooooooooooooooo easy.
But it makes a mess and you have to get the oil temp just right…
From now on I will be deep frying everything, obviously.
It was +18 today….which is nuts.
Also…complex across from me is having a huge party…I can hear the music as if it’s playing inside my place. I’m not going, I think it’s old people (40+)….ewww, not my thing.
