Soft food today…so I made pasta (not ala dente).

Goat yoghurt with bacon, leftover turkey slices, cheddar, peppercorns, tomatoes (which are SUMMERY ALMOST HERE!!!!) leftover pasta…..with one huge onion…it was perfect…they key was to have the sauce simmer…and it did………..while I drank a huge bottle of Merlot on the balcony while tanning with the cats. #YOLO
