Boil one potato (not fully), gently cool it, cut it into “fries” then put them in the freezer gently olive oiled (less than one teaspoon). Freeze overnight. When you are ready place them in the airfryer, 180 for 8 minutes….then increase to 200…add another 10 minutes.

This makes the best fries on earth.

If I bring the bike to Iglika I not only look cool and hip but also zero booze. One soda water = 1 Euro….that’s all I spent.

I haven’t had a beer in ages. In fact probably less than 10 this year in total. A tiny gin and lime late last night…I can live with that…
