I make the best borsch on earth.

It’s sweet and buttery. It’s the only “thin broth” I can make that absolutely explodes with flavor.

The secret, of course, is ginger, apple, sweet potato and lots of fresh and fatty pig that you boil down from 10am till 4:30 pm.

I’ll eat the whole pot, naturally.

What is this world coming to?

Had an afternoon chicken at the “rebranded” far cleaner chicken place. The finally removed all the fucking retarted foodball shit (and all the neonazi garbage) and the place feels fresh and somewhat even…..clean. I waited about 20 minutes for my chicken to be ready (the best thing is chicken that doesn’t rotate too much after it’s done – otherwise it gets dry) and holy fucking shit, it was just so melt in your mouth delicious. Since I am not allowing ANY booze in the house and no drinking….I splurged today on ONE beer and 1/2 bird. I really had a fun time…..super sunny and warm, too…20 degrees at 1700. AMAZING.
