Finished the Bill book today. Loved it. Moving onto aviation books now….or maybe I will finally read “The Art Of War”…I bought a physical copy weeks ago.

Thing is, if you ever visit any of these bistro style restaurants, aside from being inexpensive, you really end up getting an amazing meal at its (purest). Carrot bbq salad is a half boiled carrot, sliced then placed of bbq then buttered with a little salt….that’s it.

Mushroom soup, purée mushrooms, some cream and insane Bulgarian spices – that’s it.

You want a chicken steak, it’s a fucking chicken steak on bbq marinated on some simple spices then tossed on your plate. That’s it. Butter….

Most of the vegetables here come from villages around here, many you can literally walk to.

Once a month. If I don’t clean it, who will.

This useless thing continues to be an absolute marvel of engineering. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love everything about it..

Day went from winter to steamy hot summer.

Nothing makes sense.
