Why can’t I take a good photo.
My honey ribs were great!! I guess I should have tossed them on the BBQ at the end but it’s dang cold today and I could have died.
Huge day today.
Reflashing all the Raspberry Pis and setting them up to boot from USB and not from the highly unreliable SD cards. Perfect project for a gloomy day. Yes, it’s cold again….ohh well.
*did you know if you reflash the Pi to the latest firmware you can boot from USB – yep, this has been around for a little while now.
I AM SOO HAPPY.

Stuffed peppers – deluxe.
I had some leftover wasabi rice in the fridge, 2 peppers and walked over to Janets for a small portion of peppery livers (I can’t believe you get an epic meal for about one dollar). Mulched everything together with some green onion, threw it in the oven and voila. Perfect midnight snack.
Ohh..did I tell you I am going ZERO FOOD WASTE…nothing..ever unless it’s already bad when I buy it (then it goes to the kitties outside).
that’s my new mission.
Now I want a new DAX.
Just joking…but I like it. New model for 2023 and that sea blue is as stunning as my eyes…
