Very fake curry but….HOW CAN IT NOT BE AMAZING?

I had some left over sausages plus really wanted to test new pot. Best pot ever, life is all about low and slow cooking now.

Today is balcony scrubbing day.

After every rain and and storm I have to redo everything from scratch. Scrub the tiles and rinse everything. Sweep the cat.

I can’t believe it’s summer here still!!!

This evening is curry day. I am testing out my new cocoochoorie pot.

I found a counterfeit Le Coocieerette (the real ones are made in China now anyway). For 20 bucks and it works on induction and it’s heavy and at least as fancy as the original ones from 20 years ago. God is great.

My hotel has a Calico doorgirl. Yes it’s not only males that work the door at hotels.

I always had this sexy romantic dream.

If I had real money I would buy a retro Ferrari GT car and drive it briskly across Europe.

Especially through the Alps, staying at 400 Euro boutique hotels each night and wearing Speedos by the pool, smoking Pall Malls and drinking martinis….and flirting with the local eurobitches.

Super buttery and lemony mussels and super buttery potatoes….

I mixed them together to make one of the most epic dishes ever. I should patent it.

Meat for dinner. Quite the slab for 3 Euro.

I essentially 1st boiled it in veggies (and 2 cubes) then roasted it…all in the oven..one shot. Melts in your mouth. I am so happy…I still have 70% of it left for tomorrow…..I will make rice.

I LOVE METRO.

Also today, 22 minutes back from Burgas. Broke my record by 2 minutes.

Also….soooo crazy busy in Burg…if it wasn’t for the bike and being able to squirrel around (legally) the traffic it would take me an hour just to get across town…SOOO BUSY. Packed everything.
