Don’t get me wrong, the crazy expensive trout caviar from the Russian store is by far the best but……this particular brand below mimics salmon caviar and it’s ABSOLUTELY OMG OMG 100% TASTY amazing. It’s 100% vegan and completely fake.
but..I gotta tell you…..it’s really close…the “pop” texture, the saltiness and overall flavor are fucking almost spot on!!!
I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this type of science-food.
99% of vegetarian food is fucking disgusting but this is spectacular.
