They are super delicate and only need a sprinkle of white vinegar. Why do I find 95% of picked fish in Bulgaria just fucking weird…it’s either creamy, or sweet or super fishy or not fishy at all. Makes me super angry.
This stuff is really nice and only about 1.5 Euros….I will get more….I will try to make a fun sandwich from them with onion and hot peppers…fuck ya.
