The amount of infrastructure upgrades here in my amazing little town over the past few years have been astounding.
They have done more work here over the last 2 years than the 20 before. No fucking shit.
This is why property prices tripled around here. Still cheap as fuck but seeing 250K apartments is pretty common.
Unheard of just a few years ago.
