Jerk chicken today. It was OK.

I should always buy frozen/fresh chicken from LIDL as it’s imported and always SUPER tasty (especially the full chickens from France). Janet (and every other local store) is always hit and miss….this chicken was a little rubbery…..Bulgarian chicken just always felt a little “cheap” and thick skinned and fatty. I dunno….probably just my luck.

Lots of leftovers for tomorrow. I will make a jerk chicken kebab with too much garlic and yoghurt sauce.

WILL I EVER CATCH A BREAK?

I bought the green shirt in Burgas 3 days ago then I hoped my new utensils and pan will match the color. Boy was I wrong. Why is the world always against me?

Also…why do pans only last 2-3 years…even with ONLY wood utensils. I smell a global conspiracy.
