I have my world famous fries down to a science.

Boil one potato (not fully), gently cool it, cut it into “fries” then put them in the freezer gently olive oiled (less than one teaspoon). Freeze overnight. When you are ready place them in the airfryer, 180 for 8 minutes….then increase to 200…add another 10 minutes.

This makes the best fries on earth.
