The Karcher people called again from Sofia. I think they like talking to me because they put me on speaker and I always crack vacuum jokes with them. They are all so jolly all the time – vacuum sales is a happy business, for obvious reasons.
The new handheld arrives tomorrow and my extra filters (still on backorder) won’t show up till next week. AMAZING!!
