Back in Varna.
I love underground parking, makes me feel rich.
The last 50k of ride was rather unpleasant. The wind was relentless.
Coffee stop with the fellas.
I can’t possibly be having more fun.
Just in life heaven.
Long way home through Varna. I’m wearing a light sweater….it’s hot and muggy even at 1600hr.
I guess this is what you would envision a bridge toll lady to look like in Eastern Europe.
But, to be honest, she was incredibly friendly and zesty. 10/10 bridge experience.
My UBER guy decided just to take me back to BG.
He’s really funny and, apparently, very bored. He’s practicing his English with me….super awesome…what an adventure I’m having.
I need to learn how to use Google Maps.
Spent 1.5 hours scootering around trying to find bus station….didn’t find….the battery died. I’m actually having sooooo much fun.
My extremely weird lunch.
The mango pepsi was the most mango anything (manogiest?) I’ve ever consumed. More mango than mango – I do not recommend.
I’m taking the 2 wheel Uber to train station. But an espresso stop at the local French cafe is a must.

My hotel is on the left with the massive deck overlooking downtown.
Spare 5% beer hidden in the bushes for after the show.
You know how it goes…thirst is as thirst does…
3 minutes till showtime.
I made it. 9 minutes to spare to meet with my people and chug 2 5% beers..
I’m here. 2 hours till the show. No hotel and no food and I’ve run out of train lagers. I need to get some Romanian lagers asap.

It’s RO time. Pirinsko shower gel is sooooo refreshing and cheerful.
Conversely. THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL SHOWER I’VE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. THE PRESSURE IS BORDERLINE ALARMING.
