…The temperature dropped considerably plus I want to get started on my Vietnamese prawn dish. Olé.

Everything appears to just OVERALL getting better in this fuckin’ country – literally everything.

…and promptly ended 15 minutes later in tears and painful, cold, wetness. At least I was able to get some grapefruit and limes from tmarket.

It was awesome, 10000X better than yesterdays goopy processed-cheese mess.

Nobody should eat processed cheese, ever….it should be banned, like children on planes, elevators, sidewalks and parks.

Latest airfryer update has more recipes and the most exciting thing ever – I can finally adjust the temp without pausing the machine. Amazing progress.

Breadless chicken sandwich showdown.

I think in this case, KFC wins on gorgeousness AND taste. I used spicy Turkish spice, KFC spices just taste better to me – plus KFC is crunchier with more texture. My concoction just “gooed”.

I mean…it’s great, what do I have to complain about.

It’s one those software/hardware gadgets that is just 100% perfect for my needs. It’s “complete”….and that’s rare for me to say as most things are still either incomplete or hard to use.

I don’t even feel this thing and after tweaking the settings just right, it’s brilliant.

And my new IKEA ladle works GREAT and it was only 7 bucks…and it’s nice and heavy…no seams..just pure silver!!

New knives are awesome and the whole set was less than 15 bucks. I’m done with large and heavy knives forever. It’s all about small and super sharp and serrated.

Opposite of how enjoyable it always is under 35 degree heat.

I think I am hooked on tofu, this particular brand. Ohh my.

Found smoked tofu and just cut it up over some beans and warm peppers, lots of butter and a little olive oil + found the prettiest piece of bread in Bulgaria and made one of those stupid oil and balsamic dip things…THAT ARE JUST ABSOLUTELY EPIC.

Not one thing exists on earth that’s funnier than this cat.
