I bought it on Amazon – bitched there, they refunded.

Emailed iSHOXS and super nicely asked to just just just for the tiny screw, they happily said of course AND FUCKING REFUNDED ME FOR SOME FUCKING REASON (they have a connection with Amazon..and it’s all automatic).

AND ON TOP OF IT ALL…they send me a whole new assembly thing (not just screw).

Amazing service….(but also, these mounts are super high quality…this isn’t shit you get at your local SAAN).
