I had this crazy idea to grab a chunk of sourdough, make some pulled pork THEN add sour cherry (really fancy and expensive jam from Bulgaria) and mix it all together. Easily top 5 meals again of 2022 in terms of sheer flavor. I crisped the bread…fuck it was GOOOOOD.
