It’s nice to get away from the stresses of everyday life.

Luck is on my side today.

The garbage ladies are out in full force trying to tidy up the hood’.

But still……garbage everywhere…fucking shitty. Fighting “lack of culture” is hard.

It smells so nice here after a rain.

It’s lighter than a kaiser bun (even with sesame seeds) and folds into one, too. Literally fits into my pocket. It was needlessly overpriced but has a lifetime warranty and appears to be very well made. One pocket for my AirPods, the other for my book and a small morning gin. Don’t need anything more than that otherwise shit just gets lost.

It appears I’m back in the alco-ditch again but I’m allowing myself 100ml or less (2 shots a day). Just a small morning gin-based beach buzz…. THAT’S IT.

Zero beer, zero wine.

Also. I would never really buy this weird camo design but I actually like it. “Funouflage”…..get it FUN CAMOUFLAGE….I should be on Letterman.

Moving on…

Today is a crazy busy day…..I have to find some cool cat and Sunny Beach flair for the new bag. It currently looks so sad and nude.

7 small Bulgarian onions, super sweet, sauteed for 2 hours in my Crock-Pot…then added tiny bit of butter and a BBQ chicken leg….more sauteeing for 2 hours where the chicken mostly melts in the butter and among the onions.

Served in a traditional 13th century Calico mug and small wooden spoon. So delicious.

..cash today in as long as I can remember. The veggie shop nearby STILL doesn’t take cards (but they are super shady, so I don’t care)…but even the little one person veggie shop across from Mladost has a terminal.

Still about 10-15 years behind…..but it’s getting better and better…yesterday the beach bar (fucking expensive)…took contactless payment without issues….

Loads of leftovers for tomorrow.

I’m doing my huge 8pm Sunny Beach walk now…so fucking nice out…but nobody around.

But why?

What am I missing…?

It was busier 3 months ago than it is today…………….

I want to start my holidays but the clouds make it impossible.

I’ll have a small gin drink and wait, what choice do I have?

I am sad this blog is all about food and cat photos…..but it’s only darkness and rain and clouds outside…THERE IS NOTHING HAPPENING. In fact I am just cleaning the house over and over again, literally cleaning things….that are already clean.

Wish I could organize the balcony but more rain coming.

I won’t be eating any watermelon, of course. Watermelon is for criminals.

Fucking pigs. I won’t get into any details of this photo because it will make you want to put your head deep, deep, into your toilet and puke your guts out.

Concert, shopping, restaurants and the epic Shipka pass….ALL HOPES DASHED. Hours or packing, got everything setup but sadly made it only about 30k West of Burgas, the storm and rain was just too much and the biking part of the trip should generally be at least 1/2 the fun but everyone was going 40K, I was scared and tearyeyed.

Turned back to Burgas to cheer myself with some KFC only to return back to Sunny Beach and 26 degree weather AND SUMMER HEAT.

Fucking shit.

I had an awesome video planned……nothing…I got nothing but sad memories.

The moment I stop crying, I will start planning again…

Also check out the security guard office and command center. Being a security job in Bulgaria is #1 job, you get 2 ashtrays and a dirty pillow FOR FREE.

I got just the Whopper with extra pickles (11$ CAD)…and it was the most fucking delicious thing on earth. Jesus.

I usually have only one per season…..but why not one per day?
