I bought myself some day old LIDL sushi which, in turn, saved me 60 Leva from going to Happy where the prices have essentially doubled over the last few years.

White asparagus and steak in a few days. I make the best steak on earth the cheal LIDL cuts and cheap and SUPER delicious…almost weirdly so.

I bought it JUST when it arrived, it literally bypassed the store, came from butcher into my sack so I bought a bunch. I can’t believe what a difference super fresh and high quality beef makes, super score. I will make something fun again today.

Also, keep in mind that the more beef you eat, the more money cattle farmers will have to feed and care for their majestic animals.

It’s also beef wrap day, obviously.

Added a little soya sauce, garlic powder and LOTS of lemon juice.

Honestly, lemon juice is such a great replacement for adding more soya sauce or salt.

Into air fryer for 6 minutes, delicious.

Also…Temu brought me a genuine miso soup bowls so I’m testing them with this dish. Sorry.

Haircut done today!!! Haircut lady is perfect, in and out, no bullshit…..I say “haircut please”, she always has nice quiet piano music playing and she doesn’t spray herself (or me) with fucked up perfumes/cleaners. The actual haircut place is spotless…I like that. 6 minutes in and out.

What I don’t like. The proprietary magsafe port and headphone jacks?? What’s the point?? The laptop should have 2 Thunderbolt ports on each side and that’s it.

The screen isn’t nearly as nice as the one on my Pro (60Hz, really..Apple?).

You can buy a type C to headphone adapter on Temu for a dollar.

It’s time to remove legacy crap.

Also…MacOS is just soooo bad…..still almost no useability/UI progress of any kind in a decade. So clunky…gahhhh
