Another day. Went to Janet yesterday and it was packed and the amount of stuff they have is staggering.

I complain sometimes about lack of availability of some food stuff…..no more…This is a monster of a store that literally has everything now, everything.

Playing Nintendo games with Birdie at 2AM – this is normal.

I might have some good news regarding my 3 month long glove-journey.

Amazon brought another plug today – this one has power metering.

I will spend the weekend playing with it, it has a bunch of different connectivity options to different platforms. Excellent. (ohh and it’s only 16 bucks).

I finally made the shrimp and mayo and cream cheese toasty sandwich I have been dreaming about. It was glorious.

When Birdie lies down, I lie down.

This Starbucks coffee is an absolute scam. It costs 3x more and it doesn’t taste like my beloved Starbucks, at all. 0 stars.

I made prawn curry in the wok today and it was easily one of the best meals I have ever made.

I even have some leftovers for tomorrow. BOOM.

So Amalia took the supersonic service between Vancouver and Victoria (Vancouver Island).

OHHHH I MISS THIS.

Squid ink pasta for lunch – I made the ultimate mushroom sauce with garlic and lime and loads of pepper…and way too much butter.

I didn’t make the pasta, it’s from the store. I am not crazy.

2pm and everyone is still almost sleeping.

I make the best BORSCH on the planet. The secret is apple.

It was supposed to have been just a quik trip to grab some food and since it was super warm I cruised through Ravda (sooo Christmasy there) then Nessebar then just when I was supposed to turn into my street, I spend another hour cruising around Sunny for about an hour at 25kph….supergreat!! It is sooo rainy and gloomy today. Super storm, can’t even walk to store or I will just “topple” and die.

I have finally cooked the massive prawns. They are as big as boomerangs. Lots of garlic, ginger and more garlic…..that’s all you need.

This one was extra fun. Our fancy seaside hotel and about 5 different bars and restaurants visited, the food super weird and amazing (those “pancakes below are vegerian fermented tempe…I did not like that). It’s so busy, the MASSIVE nightclub, at 3am was more packed than an American football match, it was really something crazy.
