I made some mushroom and tarragon and livers risotto.
Risotto is just a mushy mess that takes far longer to cook and generally tastes worse than 99 cent rice.
The drive is working perfectly.

Germany has the VERY best magazines.
It’s great seeing so much stuff still being physically printed. It’s dang expensive and most of it is in German, however.

OMG, I found skwarki.
Traditional Polish lard-spread with tiny pieces of meat. It’s really tasty……but what’s super weird is how good it is with the pretzel thing…what an unlikely and fantastic combo.
Also, the pretzel was STRAIGHT out of the pretzel oven.
