Mushroom soup is just insane.
I wish I could make such flavorful food at home. The mushroomyness is sooo nice
Thing is, if you ever visit any of these bistro style restaurants, aside from being inexpensive, you really end up getting an amazing meal at its (purest). Carrot bbq salad is a half boiled carrot, sliced then placed of bbq then buttered….that’s it.
Mushroom soup, purée mushrooms, some cream and insane Bulgarian spices; that’s it.
You want a chicken steak, it’s a fucking chicken steak on bbq marinated with some simple spices then tossed on your plate. That’s it.
Most of the vegetables here come from villages around here, many you can literally walk to.
