Also book is REALLY GREAT.
Easy to read and clear to understand. Reading about farming and energy and the logistics behind it all (and all the new tech) is especially interesting.
When you dig deep and start to quantify it all with energy and labor costs….dang fascinating and something most people never pause to think about.
