I made my world famous afternoon “beefers”.
With loads of horseradish, Edam cheese and French mustard.
Toasted in the air fryer – super tasty and healthy snack. I marinated the beefs overnight with a dash of soya.
Currently waiting for aircon installers. One of the guys has a super sexy mustache…….if you know what I mean….
