I had this crazy idea to grab a chunk of sourdough, make some pulled pork THEN add sour cherry (really fancy and expensive jam from Bulgaria) and mix it all together. Easily top 5 meals again of 2022 in terms of sheer flavor. I crisped the bread…fuck it was GOOOOOD.
Restaurant in Poroy with super plump meatballs and the new owner is CRAZY about Julio.
I AM THE VERY 1ST GUEST HERE WHO ORDERED FOOD…..
I will have to come back again next week, of course.
And funny for a country that lives in the 17th century with the vast percentage of the population living in unimaginable poverty.
