Outside cats got a whole rotisserie chicken today…

I have not had a chance to cook….
…because of the ongoing renos..but I see the light at the end of the kitchen. I will make chicken liver/mushroom pate….everything is still a bit of a mess.
I have LITERALLY gutted every single item from the apartment….down to concrete…..craziness.
I went out in the rain today like a renegade.
Bought 8 kiwis, my daily allotment of 2 beers and a HUGE PORTION of chicken livers – heaven!!!
