Travel Dollars ??

I am now being robo-called about 5-6 times a day on both of my lines by people from Toronto/Winnipeg and some place in the US trying to sell me something called “travel dollars”.  Naturally I spoke with a few of the scammers, keeping one on hold “while I get my wallet from my car” for a solid 45 minutes.  They’re essentially asking for your credit card and are trying to exchange real money for fake “travel money” which is essentially worth 5-10 cents on the dollar (I did a bit of reading on the subject).  These guys have a bullshit retort for everything clearly reading from a huge list of questions their mark would ask.

Who the hell falls for this crap??

What do they say about a fool and his money????
