Trying to go 21 days completely lager-free once again. I remember seeing my resting heart rate dropping considerably after not drinking for over a week…so let’s try this again.
Laugh all you want but I am very fond of my FiTibit. It’s been awesome with payments, notifications and watching my sleep patterns (the FitBit is by far the best platform for monitoring sleep). I feel like an old lady, but it actually is cool.
