Amalia has been toiling over this for the last 2 days, it’s delicious and really fun to eat (it’s made from bulgar wheat….nothing to do with Bulgaria). It’s spiced heavily with whole bunch of cool stuff from around the world then drizzled with lemons, wrapped with mint and lettuce and dipped in super sweet pomegranate syrup.
